In Store Repairs
Our team of engineers in store offer all types of repairs on computers and laptops. All machines, regardless of fault, are booked in under our fault diagnostics procedure.

We do charge up front for the diagnostic fee, which is £49.90. However, after the diagnostic process is completed, we will offer you a quotation on the repair. Should you decide to go ahead with the price offered, we will then discount the £49.90 from the overall repair price, meaning you pay for the repair only.

In the occasion that the machine would be beyond economical repair, we will honour the £49.90 charge towards a replacement machine purchased through Doctor Tech.

Occasionally, IT problems may occur because of a faulty piece of hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired. These instances cannot be performed remotely or over the phone, so whether you're a first time home user, or a busy business, we offer the same high level of customer service and technical support to all of our customers.

Home callouts are charged at £49.95 for the first hour, and then to save charging a full hour if it were to overun, we split up the additional charges into half hour blocks of £24.95. If it was a 90 minute callout, you would be charged £74.90.

Business rates can start from as low as £45.00 + VAT* per hour and we cover some of the biggest independent businesses in Brighton, and have a high reputation to maintain
