What our customers think about us... Having had a new pc recently from Doctor Tech I asked them to look at my son's old pc. They very speedily resurrected my much loved Sonic stage program despite another company's customer services saying it was impossible. Doctor Tech knew better! The result - Sonic system now works :) Not content with this they then waved a magic wand and this old pc has never worked as well before. This doctor is highly recommended and should be available on the NHS. A very very grateful customer - Customer SR in Woodingdean I felt this would be a challenging job as the unit was very old but they stuck to their word and their price and I now have a laptop back working as well or better than when I got it! I'd recommend them to everyone despite my frustration of being without, having returned from holiday with masses of photos, they have done a fantastic job and I'm now happily sorting through them. He explained everything to us fully, and took time so we understood all what he was suggesting to us. He did the installation himself and nothing was too much trouble for him! Also the after sales service provided was another big factor in using Doctor Tech - Customer ME in Hove Excellent, I thought I had lost my data when my IBM laptop crashed. Not only did they repair it, but they also saved 3 years of work files AND have now set me up with a brilliant online data back up service. He sped the PC up as much as possible and gave advice on other options to speed it up even more. He connected our sky hd box to the internet without moving the router so that we could get Sky anytime+. He was very polite, friendly and informative about computers and was happy to explain it all again to my fiance as I said I couldn't remember it all. My son purchased a laptop and was desperate to have it for the Bank Holiday weekend. Knowing this, Daniel waited behind after work loading software and then personally dropped it off at our house well past 7.00PM. To ensure my son was able to enjoy his purchase over the long weekend. They are friendly, knowledgeable, don't oversell but are clear about what things cost and what's needed. The Doctor Tech audio-visual service offers home and business installations which include: plasma and LCD screens, one to multi-room audio, lighting control and bespoke remote control systems, smart home design – ie touch pads controlling all a/v equipment, lighting, heating etc. They also offer the cabling for such equipment, including full distribution of terrestrial, Sky, Freesat and Freeview, and audio. They can even offer installation of satellite dishes and aerials, tallied up with being an authorised Sky and Virgin Media sales agent.
