Having only just moved to the Brighton & Hove area, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Doctor Tech when searching for somewhere to upgrade and service my PC. The staff I encountered were very professional, whilst at the same time providing friendly and courteous assistance with all my queries and requests. I have a reasonable understanding of computers and the components contained within, but at no point felt out of depth, that the staff were being condescending because of my limited knowledge or that I was being deceived into agreeing to unnecessary work, which is something I have been wary of in the past. I was given a frank and honest assessment on an obligation free basis and a variety of suggestions and options were presented to me based on my requirements and what I was able to afford. There was no pressure to overly upgrade in the areas that we established would be of no real benefit to me and the labour charges for the work I did agree to were combined, resulting in the final cost actually being less than I had anticipated. The addition of a guarantee for the work done and the offer of a free service after 12 months added to my satisfaction with the choice I had made in using Doctor Tech. I cannot recommend this company enough for any computer related matters you require assistance with.

My PC is working very well!! I fouled up some cable connections so the screen cursor didn’t work, but after switching off and on again, all of it has been absolutely fine.
